Mammography and Ultrasound patients
1st No Show - Patient called by Radiology Department staff and educated on the importance of keeping scheduled appointments and inform patient of guidelines.
2 No Shows in a 2 week period - No premade appointments. Patient will come in the day of the specific clinic and wait for an opening.
3 No Shows in a 2 week period - Wait 30 days before scheduled.
Mammography examinations are in a digital format and are transmitted to the Radiologist electronically.
RLIHS Radiology Department is 100% Digital.
