Mission Statement

Ensure to the maximum extent possible that patients’ rights to privacy are protected by all who use the medical record or become aware of its contents in the course of supporting patient care activities or providing patient care.

Scope of Service

It is the health information professional who maintains the overall knowledge and skills required for managing patient records; the healthcare information within the RPMS data systems; medical classification (coding) systems; flow of clinical information; the relationship of financial information to clinical data; security systems; and medico-legal issues which are based on statutory, regulatory or internal control requirements.



Staff and hours of Service

Our Staff maintains services 5 days a week from 7:30am through midnight M-F, and from 8:00am through midnight on weekends.

     7 Medical Record Technicians
     4 Medical Coders

Release of Information- To obtain your medical information or any other medical related reports, a release of information form must be filled out and signed. It is our policy to release this within five (5) business days; however they are other types of Release of Information (ROI) requests that could take longer.
